Venue: Loskop Dam
Tournament Dates: 19 – 23 November 2025

DAM OFF-LIMIT PERIOD

The dam will be off-limits for all competing anglers from 20 h00 on Sunday, 09 November until 07h00 on Wednesday, 19 November 2025.

STARTING ORDER

The starting order of the teams for the three tournament days will be determined as follows:

Day 1: Starting order draw (Live on Facebook)

Day 2: Reverse grid of Day 1 starting order

Day 3: Based on team rankings at the end of Day 2

PRIZES

Teams will be competing for the following prize money and trophies:

1st Place (National Champions): R20,000 + trophies

2nd Place: R10,000 + trophies

3rd Place: R5,000 + trophies

4th – 5th Place: Trophies

Biggest Fish: R2,500 + trophy / Best junior (12 yrs and under) tackle + trophy

Best SA Trail: R10,000 + trophy

NATIONAL COLOURS NOMINATIONS

The top 12 ranked teams will receive Protea nominations to represent South Africa in two international events during 2026.

WHO CAN ENTER

Any team meeting the following requirements is eligible to participate:

Must be a member in good standing with Mind Sports South Africa (MSSA) and the Electronic Bass Anglers Sport Society (EBASS).

Must be a member in good standing with one of the following affiliated trails:
- Alpha Team Tournament Trail
- Bass Warehouse Team Tournament Trail
- EBASS GPT
- MLF Gauteng
- MLF Northwest
- MLF Free State
- Lowveld Largemouth Series

Must have qualified and received an official invitation from their affiliated trail
to participate in the 2025 MSSA EBASS Nationals.

ENTRY FEES

R 2,800 per participating team

Includes tournament entry fee and two dinners:

- Opening Ceremony (Finger Dinner)
- Closing Ceremony (Gala Dinner)

HOW TO ENTER

Entries open 10 October 2025 on the EBASS website: www.ebass.co.za
During the entry process, teams must upload valid images of their COC and
COF certificates.
