Each League will host eight (8) qualifying tournaments per season.
Team rankings within each League will be determined based on the best six (6) results out of the eight qualifying events.
1. The top four (4) teams from each League will receive automatic qualification for the South African National Championships.
2. Additional qualifying teams from each League for the SA National Championships will be determined proportionally, based on the total number of participating teams in each League.
3. A total of twelve (12) teams will be selected to receive Protea Colours and represent South Africa in international angling events. These teams will be selected based on their national rankings achieved at the previous year’s SA National Championships.
